Issue is visible to: All Users

The workflow must be as follows:

1. subgit configure $SVN_REPOS
$SVN_REPOS/conf/subgit.conf generated

2. subgit install $SVN_REPOS
$SVN_REPOS/conf/subgit.conf copied to $SVN_REPOS/subgit/.conf/subgit.conf
$SVN_REPOS/subgit/.conf/license.conf created where stored info on unique repository ID, the latest revision translated by install, generation date, etc.

3. subgit uninstall $SVN_REPOS
$SVN_REPOS/conf/subgit.conf kept
$SVN_REPOS/subgit/.conf/* deleted

4. subgit uninstall $SVN_REPOS
Both $SVN_REPOS/conf/subgit.conf and $SVN_REPOS/subgit/.conf/* deleted.
